We propose a building that is automated and technological to the point of being monitored and operated remotely, without ever neglecting the fundamental importance of human beings in all these processes.

We often hear from our expert colleagues the metaphor that maintenance is a movie, while the work is a photo. Think about it: when we hand over the work we have a living piece of equipment, full of structural strength, electrical, hydraulic and mechanical, and which is in use at all times. This building, is constantly subjected to weathering caused by the environment, as well as the natural wear and tear of parts and elements as a result of human use.

When we talk about the WORK aspect, we are faced with the realization of what was conceived and dreamed up during the project development process. Here we really get down to work, fold up our sleeves, put on our boots and helmets and set off to make the project a reality.
