We propose a building that is automated and technological to the point of being monitored and operated remotely, without ever neglecting the fundamental importance of human beings in all these processes. Our focus is on ensuring that the essential inputs for the environment are in full supply. Imagine if the power went out in a hospital, what would happen to the ICU and the operating room? What if the water isn't being supplied to the hemodialysis sector? we won't have osmosis. It was based on problems like these that we decided to create an Operational Control Center where all this can be controlled and monitored remotely. This center has pre-defined action plans for critical missions that structure the decisions of the moment and tend to zero out the impacts that an atypical event can cause. The most interesting thing about this center is that it is already built using artificial intelligence, so we are looking to the future and, as committed professionals who are passionate about what we do, we are looking to the future.
